Please advise that the CBD Program fee for the 2026-2027 financial year has increased to $535 per application. This updated fee will apply to all payments made from 1st July 2026.
The CBD Program charges fees for the processing of:
- Applications for CBD assessor accreditation and reaccreditation.
- Applications for Exemptions from disclosure obligations under section 17 of the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure (BEED) Act 2010.
CBD Program fees are updated annually to account for any increase in the Consumer Price Index published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, as per Section 11 of the Building Energy Efficiency Regulations 2010.
