Please be aware that CBD Program fees for the 2023-2024 financial year will increase by $32 to $483 per application. This updated fee will apply to all applications received from 1 July 2023.
The CBD Program charges fees for the processing of:
- Applications for CBD assessor accreditation and reaccreditation.
- Applications for Exemptions from disclosure obligations under section 17 of the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure (BEED) Act 2010.
CBD Program fees are updated annually to account for any increase in the Consumer Price Index published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, as per Section 11 of the Building Energy Efficiency Regulations 2010.
