This page provides details of CBD Accredited Assessors who are persons accredited by
the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency as an assessor under the provisions
of the BEED Act. A person is required to be a CBD Accredited Assessor in order to apply
for Building Energy Efficiency Certificates (BEECs), conduct Tenancy Lighting Assessments
and provide assessor supporting statements for exemption applications.
